Kareem HuntThe ADC system had a major effect on my development as an athlete. During a 2 year period, ADC laid down a foundation which contributed to my progress. Training with Rich and Matt improved my speed and explosiveness. My high jump went from 6’2” to 6’8” and my long jump went from 21’ to 23’. My hundred meter time dropped to 10.7. These improvements were made possible by ADC and its vibration training. The explosiveness that resulted has definitely improved my performance and has greatly contributed to my success.

Bob Krizancic My players started with ADC in 2005. In 2006, we won the Division 1 District title and 6 consecutive District titles from 2008-2013. From 2010-2013, we were 91-17, with two Final Four appearances in Columbus, culminating in our State Championship in 2013. During that span, we played one of the toughest schedules in the country (and we were a public school with no recruits). We lost to Huntington Prep, the number #1 team in the country with the #1 player in the country Andrew Wiggins 61-59. We led the entire game and had an inbounds play fail with 4 sec to go to win the game. Our players were strong and explosive. Not only were they physically in great shape, but extremely confident mentally. I attribute a ton of our success to Rich Zawack and ADC. His strength program and mentality are superior to any I have seen in my 35 years of coaching basketball. His book is also "right on." It hits every facet of what a parent needs to know about the strength, agility, and explosion his son/daughter needs to excel in athletics. I give my highest recommendation possible to Rich and ADC.
