Due to the personal training philosophy of ADC, we have implemented workout and attendance policies to ensure that every client receives the personal attention and time required to achieve success.
Due to the personal training philosophy of ADC, we have implemented workout and attendance policies to ensure that every client receives the personal attention and time required to achieve success.
1. All workouts must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
2. You have 90-days to complete your package - this allows you to achieve optimal results. Failure to do so results in loss of sessions.
3. Please be on time. ADC has implemented a 15 minute grace period to begin your workout. Failure to begin your workout within this period of time will result in rescheduling.
4. Appointments will be granted on a first schedule, first available basis. Schedule in advance to ensure you get the workout times you prefer.
5. Your account must be paid-to-date in order to schedule a training session.
6. You will not be allowed to start your workout, or enter the training area unless you have your assigned workout. Workouts will be distributed at scheduled appointment times to help maintain an orderly flow.
7. During peak scheduling periods you will be placed in groups to help speed up your workouts. Work together to load and unload weights, and to encourage each other to achieve workout goals. Additional help and assistance is available at any time from the ADC staff
8. Clean up after yourself. All ADC materials must be returned to the check-in area upon workout completion. All weights and bars must be placed in their proper places. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the gym and reschedule your workout.
9. Focus. Stay on track to complete your workout in a timely manner. Remember there are others training behind you, and they need to use the same equipment.
