Rich Zawack has served as president of Athletic Development Corporation for the last 15 years. ADC is a company he created to help individuals become better athletes. Mr. Zawack’s primary interest has been in creating a system that allows every individual to maximize his or her athletic ability. His Z-Force system is a culmination of these efforts.
As a former BGSU varsity letterman, he taught and coached for over 40 years. For 36 of those years he taught high school government and philosophy at Strongsville High School in Ohio. He coached football, track, basketball and cross-country.
Mr. Zawack holds a CSCS-D certification (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Prior to founding ADC, Mr. Zawack served as an exercise physiology/ mechanics consultant to many professional athletes, professional teams, student athletes and several large high schools. He has also designed exercise equipment, most specifically vibration enabling lifting platforms and lifting stools.
In his career, Mr. Zawack has coached 17 Ohio State Champions in a variety of sports. He has personally trained many professional and college athletes.

Mr. Zawack lives with his wife Janet. They have 3 children, Katie, Joe and Laura.
